About us
OWT ON TOAST is a true Yorkshire business which derives from a deeply engrained Yorkshire upbringing. OWT is Yorkshire at it's finest, literally translated to ANYTHING ergo ANYTHING ON TOAST within reason.
Throughout our upbringing in Yorkshire we would continuously hear the phrase OWT particularly from the older generation like our grandparents. My grandad would always begin with "what's tha want for thi tea?" and my reply would be "OWT".
On a past trip to India we had a revelation to begin a sumptuously delicious and luxuriously tasty venture selling OWT ON TOAST at markets, festivals and other outdoor events.
OWT ON TOAST is a small business fuelled by LOVE. We are a couple born and bred in Yorkshire (no pun intended). Our aim to to serve a top quality, melt in the mouth experience to those who indulge.
